Wipe It Rite Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before scheduling residential or commercial cleaning services with Wipe It Rite Cleaning Services.
1. Scope of Service & Access
Wipe It Rite provides residential deep cleaning, commercial office janitorial, turnover sanitation, carpet steam extraction, and specialized glass cleaning. Clients agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to water, electricity, and the service premises at the agreed appointment time.
2. 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
We take immense pride in our sanitation standards. If any designated cleaning area fails to meet your expectations, notify our dispatch team within 24 hours of completion. We will dispatch a field supervisor to re-clean the specific area at zero additional charge.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
We reserve dedicated technician time for every booking. Cancellations or appointment rescheduling requested at least 24 hours prior to service incur zero penalty fees. Cancellations submitted under 24 hours or lockout situations (unable to access property) may be subject to a standard $50 lockout fee.
4. Payment & Commercial Invoicing
Residential bookings require payment upon completion via major credit cards or electronic billing. Commercial retainer accounts are billed Net 15 or Net 30 under signed corporate contracts.
5. Liability & Commercial Insurance
Wipe It Rite carries full commercial general liability and workers' compensation coverage. While our technicians exercise extreme care, clients are requested to secure high-value personal heirlooms, cash, or delicate unanchored antiques prior to technician arrival.
